... and speaking of duty

Back in April, 1975, during U.S. Army basic training at Ft. Knox, KY (Comapny A, 15th Training Battalion, 4th Training Brigade), we - basic trainees - were instructed not simply that we could disobey an unlawful order, but that we had a positive duty to disobey an unlawful order.
