Abortion

This post motivated by the following headline from WSJ via HuffPost:
White House Begins Effort to Bridge the Divide on Abortion
I struggle with the "rightness" of abortion, but come down on the pro-choice side of the issue.

For a well-informed, dispassionate, pre-Roe v. Wade discussion, I highly recommend:
Who shall live? Man's control over birth and death, 1970
by the American Friends Service Committee (a Quaker organization).

I read this in 1972. It presents a balanced discussion of the issues involved.
