... and now it begins

Authorities raid Sizzler restaurants in Phoenix
PHOENIX – Sheriff's deputies raided two Sizzler steak house restaurants in Phoenix on Saturday, arresting nine employees who are suspected of being illegal immigrants and using fraudulent documents to get jobs.
This could be fun: every workplace in AZ raided in next few months, seeking so-called illegal immigrants.

Just for fun: since passage & signing of SB1070 on 23 April:
PHX Suns lose to LA Lakers in NBA Western regional.

AZ Diamondbacks: 20-39
... and, oh yeah:
AU loses to UCLA in Women's Softball College World Series...
... including a blown Game 1: outfielders collide, let final out DROP!... UCLA wins the game!

UCLA routs AU 15-9 in Game 2!
Cause & effect? No, probably not.
... BUT: I've been cheering for whoever AZ plays ever since 23 April.

  1. Bad, BAD P.B! Shame on you and what fun!

So, half the restaurants in southern Arizona close for 2-4 weeks, then re-open with higher prices. The entire construction industry, what's left of it, grinds to a screeching halt. Building contracts are breached right and left. The peach and apricot crops rot on the ground. Shipments of what-have-you sit uselessly in warehouses and truckers can't get goods loaded.

    Your turn.

Forecast: The lawyers somehow make a killing.
