Cut taxes - particularly income taxes for the extreme upper brackets & corporations.It's not too hard to argue that these Republican policies - pursued with gusto under W - are directly to blame for the current mess.
De-regulate the financial sector.
Cut domestic spending (BUT: fund never-ending wars).
(Note: I make no claim that such arguments are valid - only that they're really easy to make!)
I've got a suggestion for a demographic DNC might want to target: 18-to-24-year olds!!!
Again: run on W's record!!!
(... and it wouldn't hurt to ridicule Republican economic policies along the way.)
Here's another suggestion: Why would you vote for anyone that doesn't want you to work and make a living?

ReplyDeleteMostly, they don't leave school with anything BUT a skill-set, mebbe lacking the capacity to MAKE new tools for exigent conditions. Tied to solutions the problems for which are obsolete?
