Ariz. governor signs immigration enforcement bill

(Phoenix)... The bill, sent to the Republican governor by the GOP-led Legislature, would make it a crime under state law to be in the country illegally. It would also require local police officers to question people about their immigration status if there is reason to suspect they are illegal immigrants.
With many others, I'm curious what might lead police to have "reason to suspect" someone is undocumented.
Is "driving while brown" the basic criterion?

For all those strict constructionists among the GOP, what ever happened to
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
???

Of course, I assume if you're willing to trash the 4th Amendment, you won't mind if I decide to trash the 2nd.
