Words I'd like Dems to use more often

"Progressive." (see etymology: "PROGRESS")
"Socialism." (... just so's it stops sounding so creepy!)

... and for what it's worth - "socialism" - at least as used by the GOP - is a GOOD thing: it means my government protecting me from the abuses of unfettered, predatory, greedy capitalism!

note: this is NOT the textbook definition of socialism, which is:

Socialism refers to the various theories of economic organization which advocate either public or direct worker ownership and administration of the means of production and allocation of resources.

NOTHING this administration - or any other... or any progressive politician - has ever proposed comes close to this textbook definition of 'socialism'.
What's we're proposing is simply reining in the predatory, profit-at-all-costs capitalists.
Does anyone really want a return to Dickensian 19th-century Britain, or "Gilded Age" America???
