My recommendations (based on nothing more than I like what I'm reading):
TPM: more-or-less up-to-date by-state tallies, and some better-than-the-network&cable-drivel commentary.
Hullabaloo (Digby's blog): no by-the-numbers updates, but a good series of analytical posts - no, not "quantitative", but presented with Digby's usual humor & flair.
I'm sure there are others worth visting, but these are the two I've visited more than once during the evening.
