Asia stocks fall amid skepticism over US bank plan

note: I'm not a big fan of over-interpreting stock market moves... it's pretty easy to write tomorrow's stock-market headlines today, you just need to have 2 sets ready to hand: one headline/interpretation for an advance, another for a decline.

That said - I'm thinking the previously cited reviews are on point: Geithner presented no strategy.
